1. Book a repair online

Find the appropriate mobile phone repair and book it online. If you still have questions about a repair or if you have any questions, you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions in the FAQs.


2. Send a device

Send your defective device with the order number to nanoRepair. Accessory items are not required (no SIM cards, chargers, etc.) nanoRepair AG, Zeughausstrasse 6, 8500 Frauenfeld


3. Mobile Phone Repair

The device will be repaired upon arrival, provided that the spare parts are available in stock. If the device has additional defects to those stated on the repair order, you will always be contacted and the next steps will be discussed with you.


4. Return shipping

Your device will be returned after receipt of payment. You have the possibility to choose different payment methods during the booking process. Collections are not possible, the device will always be returned by mail!
